Ezz El-Din Lolo, a student of human medicine at the Islamic University of Gaza, has been selected as a Goodwill Ambassador for the European Union in Palestine! Among a pool of talented digital influencers from across the Arab world, Lolo stood out for his purposeful online presence and inspiring content.
This honor was bestowed upon Lolo as part of the exciting regional competition “IN THEIR EYES”, organized by the European Union to recognize ambassadors of good will from various countries. With eight Arab countries participating, including Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Libya, Jordan, and Morocco, the competition was stiff. But Lolo rose to the top, being one of six talented Palestinians who participated.
With his new title, Lolo now has the opportunity to represent the European Union in Palestine and “serve as a bridge for meaningful communication between the Union and Palestinian youth.” He’s ready to use his talents as a social media influencer, particularly in the realm of drawing, to express his humanistic and nationalistic ideas that resonate with the Palestinian cause and beyond.
It’s clear that Lolo is thrilled about this opportunity, saying that he feels proud to take on this role and can’t wait to use his platform to amplify important voices.
