Business Administration Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the Islamic University of Gaza in partnership with Seo Pro E-commerce Academy held a seminar called “How to Build a Successful Online Store.” Mr. Abdullah Al-Soufi, the executive director of Seo Pro Academy, and Mr. Shadi Abu Rok, an e-commerce specialist, ran the event in the presence of several academics and students from the department.
The event is part of Seo Pro’s mission to give students real-world experience and encourage social responsibility in society as a whole and in educational institutions in particular. At the seminar, the work system in e-commerce was discussed in detail, and Al-Soufi spoke about the different areas of e-commerce work, such as product marketing, trading digital currency, online advertising campaigns for companies, and many tasks related to education and health.
During the seminar, Al-Soufi highlighted the steps that need to be taken to make a successful online store. These steps include selecting the right products, researching the market and competitors, designing and building the online store, choosing its domain and branding, protecting it from hackers and theft, and figuring out how to ship and store the products. Abu Rok also explained how to create, run, and improve online stores by using Shopify platforms. Shopify provides numerous advantages for those interested in e-commerce to help them create and market their businesses globally.
As case studies, several successful online store models were shown at the end of the seminar. The Islamic University announced its partnership with Seo Pro to provide training and support for faculty students in the field of e-commerce and online business.
This seminar was a great opportunity for students and academics to learn more about e-commerce workflow systems and how to create a successful online store. With the rise of e-commerce in today’s digital age, events like these are crucial in preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
