The Faculty of Arts at the Islamic University of Gaza hosted a seminar on the legal and civil treatment of issues facing Palestinian women. The seminar, titled “Palestinian Women Between Intellectual Perceptions and Legal Treatments,” aimed to increase awareness of women’s issues in topics such as violence, poverty, and education. The seminar saw the gathering of legal researchers, interested students, and prominent figures in the field of women’s protection. The seminar consisted of two sessions, covering topics such as women in the Islamic concept, feminist theory, legal protection for women, and community-based civil protection for Palestinian women. The seminar emphasized the importance of promoting solidarity and social cohesion while limiting areas of dominance and injustice in society.
