Memorandum of Understanding with University of Genoa

IUG and University of Genoa to collaborate in the academic and research field.

The Islamic University has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the university of Genoa in Italy to bolster students’ mobility and joint research projects.

Different joint workshops, initiatives, educational events, conferences and related activities to be put on the plan for each university, as the benefits will cover all students, Bachelor and postgraduate.

” This treaty goes in line with the university’s endeavors to universality” said Prof. Ahmed Muhaisen, Dean of Foreign Affairs.

University of Genoa is one of the oldest and biggest universities in Italy, in which it established in 1481, and of global partnerships.

IUG-Genoa treaty is of great outcomes in enriching efforts towards sustainable development in knowledge, research projects and international visits.

IUG has a long history of cooperation with Italian universities like the university of Siena. This semester, IUG did receive a medical student from Italy called Ricardo Corrideni who came within Erasmus+ Programme for academic exchange to complete a full academic semester.
