In the light of Erasmus+ International Programs implemented in IUG, the Faculty of Nursing has won a project furthering the objectives of mobility and academic cooperation with the University of Alexandre, Greece. The agreement was signed by Prof. Ahmed Mohaisen, IUG Dean of Foreign Affairs, to enhance the students’ mobility to Alexandre and the academicians’ for scientific research purposes & skills’ acquirement at the expense of the project. Importantly, it took MA programs into different directions throughout teaching the offered courses of postgraduate programs at both Nursing Faculties of IUG & Alexandre.
The Faculty of Nursing applied for the project funding early last year. Working on the project will get started at the beginning of 2018. It has been agreed between the two faculties on applying for opening common MA. Programs such as Critical Care Nursing, which IUG Faculty hopes to be opened next year in cooperation with a bunch of academicians and experts from several European Universities.
