At Public Conference of Tiba Building, Department of Multimedia& web development, at IT Faculty, held a scientific day entitled of “Cocktail Multimedia day 2017”.
In the opening session of the scientific day, Dr. Baraka emphasized on the Faculty attention to hold activities & events that make students updated with tools and programs appear every day in the Technological world. He hoped the scientific day would benefit the participants in all faculty disciplines. “Cocktail” was not chosen haphazardly, but due to the multiplicity and diversity of topics & areas of media students may need in their study, as Dr. Al-Moghari noted. He praised all efforts have been exerted for the sake of succeeding the activities that contribute to the Curriculum development.
Sessions:
· The first session entitled of “Multimedia& Social Media. Prof. Raed Rasheed introduced his scientific paper about Multimedia disciplinary, while Prof. Sobhi Abdul-Qader talked about the optimization of social media. This session included competitions for students of Technology club.
· The second session entitled of “producing Multimedia”. The filmmaker Esam Shahien pointed to the principles of directing documentary films.
· The third tackled Multimedia marketing issue in the local market.
· The fourth session showed the students’ products at their disciplines.
