IUG Arabic center for teaching Arabic as a foreign language launched a training course for developing teachers’ skills in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. Mr. Husam Ayesh, IUG Arabic Center Director, welcomed the participants and lecturers in the course. The course started with a training workshop supervised by experts in Arabic language teaching field. It lasted for three hours, in which trainees received training in the field. It will be followed by four other workshops. Twenty teachers of both Arabic and English language, who were chosen by Arabic Language Center, attended the course. It is expected that the graduates of this course will participate in teaching the Arabic language to non-speakers on two ways: face to face or e-learning platforms.
