Teaching Arabic for Non-Native speakers’ Center, at IUG, has held a workshop in partnership with University of Glasgow, Britain. The workshop is among project aims at preparing Arabic programs for non-Arabic speakers by using local dialect. The center has trained dozens of foreign students in Arabic language either by using face-to-face teaching or through programs of electronic platforms.
The Project Director Dr. Nazmi Al-Masri mentioned that this Project is not the first of its kind that held with Glasgow since other projects & training courses have been taken place previously at the center.
After welcoming participants from Glasgow & IUG, Husam Ayesh, the Director of Community Development Institute, said; teaching Arabic for non- native speakers started before 4 years when a team of trainers has received training and other relevant courses in Egypt by professionals from KSA.
