The Deanship of Scientific Research has continued to hold a series of training courses that introduce (Turnitin) program for detecting scientific similarities to faculty members, as well as, training them on how to examine scientific articles and read Results after knowing its mechanisms.
Dr. Mazen Haniya, Dean of Scientific Research, confirmed on Islamic University concern at enhancing the quality of scientific research at different levels, especially, master students. Additionally to orienting them toward adherence of scientific research methods that improve their abilities in scientific writing with topmost quality& reliability.
Prof. Bilal Abu Ras, Coordinator of Scientific Research Projects, made the matter clearer; he explained the program mechanisms in examining Master dissertations and scientific publications. Such programs let users know how to read report results of similarity according to criteria agreed on.
Turnitin program is one of the strongest programs for detecting scientific similarities and fighting plagiarism, thousands of prestigious universities worldwide have shared it since it aids academics and students to discover scientific similarities in research publications and then improve their quality.
