Business and Technology Incubator, with the participation of a raft of Consultants & business Developers, and interested youths, have celebrated the winning of (10) pioneer companies involved in READA project. Continuing the role, BTI has guided companies to fulfill evidential papers for the sake of obtaining official incubation.
The administrator of BTI, Basel Kandeel, mentioned that all proposed companies deserve finance and support that enable them to compete in the Business market. He expressed his joy about ambition and ardor he saw vividly in the competitors’ eyes.
Eng. Nader Abdulnabi, the project coordinator, clarified that there are (10) start-up companies selected, according to standards put in different assessing sessions, to be benefited from READA project; adding they will get 4000$, as well as, obtain a full bunch of training programs. Four projects have been incubated to just develop their ideas; two of them will be selected to official incubation.
Services are given to provide a suitable work environment, incubation capacity to develop startup companies’ ideas and supporting them financially & logistically. Moreover, the project offers companies financial and administrative training programs, guiding services, and legal counseling for enrolling companies and preserve their ideas. Besides, enhance local &international marketing and networking to link entrepreneurs with potential markets, as Abdulnabi said.
Eng. Yousof Al- Halaq confirmed that that the incubator would link these companies with local and regional investors; consequently, promoting their services and plans in the business market. He assured that this is the last phase of READA project that comes after many phases: receiving entrepreneurs’ pioneer ideas, then assessing & selecting, training in writing plans, subjecting to training camp, reaching to pre-final phase to create the prototype.
It is noteworthy that it has been working, for two months, with these companies to prepare a full business plan for the next phase of every company. READA project, to support start-up companies& entrepreneurs, is funded by The Charitable Organization in Britain, under the supervision of Taawon Foundation.
