Dr. Shafiq Jendiya- Professor of Roads and Transport Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, at IUG, heads a discussion of a PhD thesis at the French University of Nantes. The discussion is meant to judge the thesis which studies the management of road and bridge maintenance operations in developing countries.
This comes to encouraging the scientific research and to connecting academics and researchers with their counterparts at universities inside and outside Palestine.
The affairs of IT has conducted several contacts with the French university for the technical arrangements of the discussion, allowing the staff to contact foreign universities, discussing the theses in foreign universities, and allowing professors from foreign universities to discuss the theses of the students of the Islamic university.
