External Relations at IUG has just launched a campaign titled “Invest in the Palestinian Youth’s Education in the Gaza Strip” to support students in need. This comes on the eve of the holy month of Ramadan, a month of giving, charity and generosity. .
The campaign will give the opportunity for those, who are financially able, to help the needy students in their university study and to ease the burden on the shoulders of their families. Due to the difficult economic and social conditions experienced by people in Gaza resulting from a ten-year siege and successive wars, the campaign comes to assist the poor students’ families .
IUG External Relations seeks to cover the fees of nearly 8,000 needy first-level students in an effort to best secure the needed money to support the students during their whole university study.
