Prof. Adel Awadallah, IUG President, received a medical delegation from London University headed by Professor of Physiotherapy Dr. Ahmed Younis and head of medical training in Medical Aid for Palestine ( MAP) Ms. Sarah Halimeh and other guests.
Prof . Younis appreciated IUG’s academic rigour and quality medical training for students and staff. .He also expressed his delight to find well-equipped physiotherapy laboratories and supportive theoretical teaching environment and the study plan of Physiotherapy Department. During his meeting with Physiotherapy Department students , he praised the high academic level of the students which reflects a strong scientific qualification at IUG.

IUG President Prof. Adel Awadallah noted that IUG aims to continuously strengthen its relations with various health institutions in order to enhance the active participation of IUG in the growth and development of health conditions in the community. He reaffirmed the strong emphasis placed by IUG on attracting qualified faculty and students and forge strong relations with academic institutions around the world. Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Al-Hindi and the visiting delegation discussed the mechanisms of joint cooperation related to the development of research and scientific experiments for teaching staff and students, noting the Faculty’s efforts in updating the academic plan of Physiotherapy Department and expanding the quality of specialised academic programs.
