In cooperation with civil society institutions, IUG won a project called “University Initiatives to Promote the Political Participation of the Palestinian Youth” funded by the European Union (EU).
The legal clinic at the Islamic University applied for the project in December 2015 in cooperation with Foreign Relations.
The project aims to increase young Palestinians’ competences in political issues, and to contribute to their awareness of the basics of political participation and the promotion of democracy and good governance principles. The project will produce a comprehensive guide on political participation along with training materials.
