IUG team participated in the workshop of Promoting Positive Dialogue Skills among university students in partnership with local universities that is held by the British Council in Gaza.
Promoting Positive Dialogue Skills among university students in partnership with local universities and British-Arab Exchange, London. The project aims to build capacity among university student leaders. It builds the skills needed to interact peacefully and productively, regardless of the surrounding tensions, and contributes to bringing stability, integration and inclusivity into potentially fragmented situations.
Mr. Husam Ayesh, External Relations Coordinator, at IUG, confirmed that this the second stage of Promoting Positive Dialogue, since the first stage included training a group of trainers in different universities. The trainers held short term courses for students in number of universities; then a positive dialogue was conducted between Palestinian students and their partners from British universities.
