in cooperation with The National Society for Rehabilitation- Gaza Strip , Assistive Technology Center, at IUG, has finished an intensive 2 days training course for blind students titled ” Empowerment of Braille Language”.
During the course, students have been studied ways of spreading Braille language to formal and informal institution in order to get more engagement for the blind people all over the city.
This will surely add more access and interaction in the society for the blind people ; in addition to the prolonged communication with the community institutions and individuals as well.

Nineteen blind students attended the course and had a certified certificates from the Continuing Education and Community Service Deanship, at IUG.
