Qatar Red Crescent, in cooperation with Palestine Red Crescent Society, signed an agreement with Community Service and Continuing Education, at IUG, to Improve Access of Deaf and Hearing Impaired Students to higher education in Gaza Strip.
according to the agreement, the two parties agreed that IUG will take the responsibility of executing the project activities in Gaza Strip and QRC will supervise, monitor and verify the field works of project implementation with respect to what has been agreed upon according to this agreement clauses, and the second party has to allow the first party access to all documents relating to the project.
