A Medical delegation from Oxford University visited IUG Faculty of Medicine from the afternoon of 25th of February, 2015 till Sunday 1st of March,2015.
During the visit, the delegation has a full time schedule of workshops and medical teaching and practice for medical school students in addition to local doctors in Gaza Strip.
A medical workshop for Pediatrics was held inside the campus for 150 doctors and students from Gaza; and in cooperation with the Palestinians Surgeons Association, the faculty held a scientific evening about new surgical specialties supported from GMC company. The workshop included six lectures, in attendance of 120 surgeons from hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
