Faculty of Medicine in the IUG hosted Dr. Basem Khalil- Pediatric Surgery Consultant in Manchester University Hospitals in Britain- and Dr. Salah Al Dean Qouta- Endocrinology Consultant in Manchester University Hospitals in Britain- to present a scientific lecture hold in the Smart Room in the Faculty of Medicine.
The lecture was attended by Dr. Mofeed Al Mokhalalati- Dean of faculty of Medicine-, Dr. Anwar Al Sheikh Khalil- vice Dean of Clinical Medical Sciences-, Dr. Khamees Al Isi – member of teaching staff in the faculty of medicine- and students of the faculty.
Dr. Khaleel listed the basic regulations in practicing pediatric surgery while Dr. Qouta, explained the common symptoms for endocrine problems such as: the redness of the face, problems of obesity and dizziness.
