Dr. Waleed Amer-the Dean of Faculty of Arts-at IUG- receives Dr. Gerd Don Lippe from Telernark University in Norway and Mrs. Line Khateeb- from the Palestine Committee of Norway. Dr. Nazmi Al Masri- Assistant of Vice President for External Relations- attended the meeting with Dr. Raed Salha- Director of Public relations. Dr. Amer briefed the delegation about the faculty of Arts and its programs and the faculty’s relations with the local communities’ institutes. In addition to the university interest to having scientific studies and encouraging students to having researches that meet the needs of the society. Dr. Al Masri pointed to the partnership relations between IUG and other universities and international institutions specially the British universities hoping to find good cooperation with the Norwegian universities. Dr. Al-Masri talked about the services that the university provides for the Palestinian community. Dr.Lippe appreciated the services that the university provides for both the students and community, and she welcomed the cooperation with the university in fields that enhance students’ skills and help them completing their studies.
