According to IBC- the international CV center in its 2000 list, Dr. Farid El Qeeq- IUG Dean of Planning and Development – is chosen as one of the world prominent scientists in 21st century.
Dr. El Qeeq has PHD in urban planning from United Kingdom 2004, working at IUG for more than 15 years in many positions as the dean of Planning and Development ,vice Dean of Engineering Faculty, Head of Architecture Department, supervisor of higher studies, director of EWAN center. Many of his research papers are published in international conferences and journals handling constructional issues and developing structural fields in Gaza Strip.
