International magazine “Adarri” made a Cover Story and published the news of Islamic University of Gaza achieving World Quality Commitment Award-2013 in their July 2013 issue after receiving World Quality Commitment International Star Award of BID organization, Islamic University of Gaza proud of appearing on the cover page of ADARRI Magazine (a publication of Imar Press, published at EU and issuing to 178 countries).
On the cover page of ADARRI appears the Golden Cup in the hands of Dr. Kamalain Sha’ath, IUG President and Dr. Ala’ Ejmasi- Vice Dean of IUG Community Service Center with Mr. Jose Brito- Leader of Quality Charter, during the festival of the International Star for Leadership in Quality Convention on July 1st, 2013, in Paris, which was a part of the annual program of B.I.D., Business Initiative Directions Awards, devoted to recognize the prestige of the outstanding companies, organizations, and businessmen all over the world.
Islamic University of Gaza was given this award for its excellent services to education over many years and it demonstrates that IUG can compete on equal terms with other corporations all over the world, and IUG efforts after a long time are worthy of this award.
The BID Quality Convention was attended by leaders from different business fields, professionals from the worlds of economics, the arts and corporate image, quality experts, as well as academic personalities and representatives from the diplomatic corps. IUG was named a winner of the BID 2013 International Star for Leadership in Quality Award in the Gold category in Paris; a trophy presented to companies and organizations from around the world that best adhere to excellence and innovation in their practices, putting quality first at every level.
