Academics, at the Scientific Research Conference, suggested developing a strategy for the development of scientific research that fit the needs of society, and urged to promote availability to the needs of the research.
Participants confirmed on having partnership relations, joining cooperation agreements with universities, and activating the Internal Borrowing System between universities.
Supported by WAMY, Scientific Research Deanship, at IUG, organized the first conference entitled ” Scientific research: its Concepts … Morals … and Applying” that ended its activities on Wednesday, May 11, 2011.
The conference discussed topics: including; mechanisms for bridging the gap between scientific research and decision-making, encouraging faculty members toward scientific research outputs, morals of scientific research, scientific honesty, and funding scientific research in the Arab and international world.
The Conference includes 21 papers, and 28 researchers participated from: IUG, the University of Al-Aqsa, Al-Azhar University, Al Quds Open University, the University of Gaza, and the University College of Applied Sciences, Ministry of Education, and the UN Relief and Works Agency, “UNRWA”.
