IUG grants Honorary Doctorate Degree to the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and   Sheikha- Moza Bint Nasser


As granting Honoray Doctorate Degree to His Excellency-
Sheikh Hamad
Bin Khalifa Aal Thani and Her Highness Sheikha- Moza bint Nasser,
Deputy Jamal N. Elkhodari- Head of Board of
Trustees at IUG
– reads the resolution of granting with all its rights,
privileges, and its honor degree appreciating their great and continuing
efforts in supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause.

In his introductory word,
Eng
. Elkhodari
considered this visit not only as a historical day but also a marvelous epic
thanking the Qatar Government for its help to the Palestinians and carrying a message
from the Palestinian children, ladies and gentlemen “we love you – prince
and princess of Qatar”.

Eng. Al-Khodari added
“at the moment of your arrival, we flied
Pigeons to send the message of peace and freedom telling the whole world
that we are the most peaceful lovers as any community around the globe.  At the same time,
Elkhodari valued the great efforts
of Palestinian Prime Minister- Ismaeel Haniya.

  
In his turn, Dr
. Kamalain Sha’ath – IUG President
pointed at
his great honor to be a representative for IUG, academics, and the
whole people in Palestine to privilege Her Highness Sheikha- Moza Bint Nasser
for her leading role in supporting education and humans as well not only in
Qatar but also in Gaza as launching
the human developing Al Fakhora Campaign according to Al Fakhora school tragedy in Gaza war
27-12-2008.

keys from the Palestinian occupied
territories which were left by its
inhabitants  in Nakba 1948 as well as

Sheikha– Moza Bint Nasser, IUG Shield,
olive oil bottle from IUG olive trees and a sample of the Palestinian stone as
a sign of mixing sand with stone in construction .
