A delegation from the cultural British council in Gaza visited IUG. The delegation was headed by Mr. Andrew Foster- English Project Manager in the British Council accompanied with Mr. Mohammad Rantisi – British Council Director of Public Relations.
Dr. Nazmi Al Masri- Assistant Vice President for External Relations – received the
delegation with Dr. Kamal Murtaja- Director of English Language Department in Faculty of Art-, Dr. Sadeq Ferwana- Professor and Trainer of English Language at IUG, Dr. Akram Habeeb- Staff member in English language Department- and Dr. Raed Salha- Director of Public Relations in IUG.
Both sides seek ways of cooperation in developing English language teaching project in the Palestinian Universities. They agreed on using experts in teaching English in order to enhance skills of English language department staff and training IUG department students as well.
