Cooperated with IUG external affairs, optometry
department at science faculty holds a scientific meeting with KwaZulu–Natal University in South Africa, particularly optometry
department through video conference. IUG optometry department is represented by
DR. Mohammad El Trshawi- head of optometry department, Dr. Asaad Yusuf, Dr.
Farouq El Baz,Dr. Amer Abu Emara- teaching staff at optometry department. KwaZulu–Natal University is represented by Dr. Kathochilli Birsi.
Defining IUG optometry department, Dr. El Trshawi has
displayed the prospects of future development. In his turn, Dr. Yusuf has
confirmed at exchanging teaching competences, experiences and research. Dr
Dirsi has welcomed the cooperation between the two universities in the field of
optics.
