Professor Sharhabeel Elza’em – The Legal Counsel ,and the Engineer Alaa Abuosama`an – Project Manager of , “Mobaderon,” and Tariq thabe – The Project Coordinator, owners of pioneering ideas students and other interested people, attended the workshop.
In his turn, Mr.Elza’em talked about the law of the Palestinian trade, and its role in the care of human emerging companies, and the importance of identifying the multiple aspects of the beginning of the establishment of businesses.
The professor also discussed the three major themes that were involved in companies’ ratings, and their types and licensing companies, Palestinian law for corporate and taxes
Abuosama`an briefed “Mobaderon,” projects and equipment required of the owners of entrepreneurial ideas, stressing on the importance of recognizing the legal concepts of companies to support the rights of all emerging companies, and clarified the role of “Mobaderon” in the registration and protection of incubated companies.
