Islamic University of Gaza signed a service agreement with Al-Rahma Association for Charity work. On behalf of IUG, Prof. Rifat Rustom, Vice IUG President for IT and External Relations, signed the contract, and Mr. Jamil Abedulnaby, vice chief of Al-Rahma Administration Board, on behalf of Al-Rahma Association.
According to the agreement, Al-Rahma Association will offer a scholarship for IUG through the tuition fees support project that is funded by Norwegian Palestinian Aid “NPA”. IUG will nominate 50 needy students who will be offered 300$ for each student for his tuition fees.
Prof. Rustom confirmed on the good relations with Al-Rahma thanking Al-Rahma and NPA for offering help and support for needy students at the atmosphere of bad economic conditions.
Dr. Asa’ad Asa’ad, Resources Development Chief, Mr. Husam Ayesh, Vice Director of Public Relations Office, Mr. Nahed Al-Rafati, Secretary General of Al-Rahma, Mr. Adham Tubil, project coordinator of Al-Rahma, attended the protocol of signing the agreement.
