IUG Students have got 1st Place at Simulating Palestine Exchange Contest

Faculty of Commerce students have won the first place of the third annual contest based on simulating Palestine Exchange from a new educational perspective that was organized by The Palestine Exchange (PEX) and donated by JAWAL, in which students are to do researches focusing on securities and market exchanges.

Ahmed El-Shawa and Khalid Sha’ath, from the Faculty of Commerce at IUG, has got the first place in the contest of PEX, while the second place was given to Birzeit University and the third place was to An-Najah National University. Al-Quds University and Hebron University have got the fourth and fifth places. One hundred and fifty students from the five universities participated in the contest.

This contest is targeting Palestinian University students; moreover, students of all different majors are to participate; allowing equal opportunities to all students.
