An Egyptian delegation visited the Islamic University of Gaza accompanied with Dr. Ahmad Bahar, the first deputy Chairman of the Palestinian legislative Council, and PLC members.
Dr. Kamalain Sha’ath, IUG President, Dr. Dr. Yahya Sarraj, Dead of University College of Applied Sciences, and university board members received the delegation at the university council meeting room.
MP. Muhammed M. Al-Beltaji, head of Egyptian delegation, expressed his pride of the university progress and scientific leading in the area. ”
During the meeting, Dr. Sha’ath addressed the history of education in the university and noted the giant leap it has taken during the past 32 years, the delegation were also introduced to IUG’s experience in e-learning strategies and diverse mechanisms covering students’ field training, different strategies for faculty recruitment that meet international standards, and the diverse range of undergraduate and graduate programs that Islamic University offers it’s students.
