External Relations Office, at IUG, has organized a video conference meeting between students from both the Islamic University and Bristol University. Dr. Nazmi AL-Masri, Assistant of Vice President for External Relations and IT and Dr. Hala Al-Khozondar, Coordinator of External Relations at the Office of Vice President for External Relations and IT have coordinated for the meeting.
The students of IUG have discussed the effects of the imposed siege and the last war on people of Gaza Strip generally and university students particularly. They talked about their being deprived from traveling abroad to pursue their studies, and they have shown the importance of learning as a strong way of resistance.
On their turn, students of Bristol University expressed their proud of IUG students who are able to challenge all the ordeals and difficulties and continue their study.
