Dr. Kamalain Sha’ath, IUG President, Dr. Rifaat Rustom, vice president for IT & External Relations, Dr. Waleed Al-Modallal, Khanyunis Campus Dean and Mr. Husam Ayesh, vice director of Public Relations Office, received a delegation from Carter Center for Peace. The delegation includes Mr. Harier Balin, Director of Carter Center for Peace, Mr. Thimoty Rothml, Director of West Bank and Gaza Strip office at Carter Center, Mr. Sami Abed Al-Shafi, Center Consultant.
Carter Delegation talked about the importance of dialogue culture and enhancing its programs at the Universities referring to the necessity of finding university students who develop the dialogue skills.
The delegation promised to portray the Palestinian students’ suffering, who should complete their study outside the Gaza Strip and prevented as a result of the imposed siege on the area.
