Geography Department in the Faculty of Arts, at IUG, organized a symposium entitled “Gaza Sea … Problems and Solutions”.
Dr. Kamal Abu Thaher, Geography Department Director, Dr. Nehad Al-Moghani, a member at Planning Department at Gaza Municipality, other members from the Gaza Municipality, faculty staff and students attended the symposium.
Dr. Al-Moghani introduced of Gaza city sea problems such as the random building, deflation, challenges and difficulties that face the development of renewing Gaza port.
Dr. Al-Moghani talked about the Gaza Municipality care of the sea suggesting that funding the developing projects is an important factor to continue such work.
