In cooperation with JICA, E-learning Center, at IUG, organized a seminar entitled ” KAIZEN-Small Steps to Improve Productivity”, which is recommended to participants expecting to learn about production management and quality management in Japan.
The seminar targeted counterparts of the project on Private Sector Development, Ex-participants of JICA training and others by videoconference facility at the smart room in IUG.
Dr. Seiichi Fujita, professor of Business at Waseda University, presented some simple suggestions and their impact on productivity.
The main objective of this seminar is to provide a chance to learn the basic Japanese working style and get understanding for their project counterparts of the project on Private Sector Development.
It is worthy mentioning here that this seminar was held as a part of the long cooperation between IUG and JICA institution.
