Two IUG Teachers Publish a New Book Titled” Teaching and Learning with Two Sided Brain”

IUG lecturers, Prof. Ezo Afana and Dr. Yosef Al-Jaish, have published a new book entitled as “Teaching and Learning with Two Sided Brain”. This book is considered the first book that discusses this area of study. The book was published by Culture House, Amman.
The book is about 350 pages divided into nine chapters. The book focuses on teaching and learning process with two sided brain in addition to presenting teaching strategies to stimulate the non-controlling left and right sides of the brain and strategies to stimulate both sides together.
Dr. Afana stated that teachers must know students intellectual abilities and skills when dealing with them and define their intellectual abilities that control their brains. Dr afana added that defining mechanism of brain makes learning process esiar and decreases level of anxiety and creates psychological and social stability to both teachers and students.
Dr. Al-Jaish talked about patterns of thinking in both sides of the brain and how to deal with them in light of learners. He noted that the book would help developing a smart curriculum for school that will enhance intellectual abilities.
The book with its new topics will enhance future researches in area of educational benefit from both sides of the brain learning. In addition, the book will be a chance to formulate a school curriculum that ensures and activate the brain abilities.
