Dr. Maher Al-Huli, Faculty of Sharia & Law Dean, received Mrs.Grietje Baars, Legal Advisor at the Regional Middle East office of “diakonia”, International Humanitarian Law institution. Mr. Munir Nuseibah, Al-Quds Human Rights clinic coordinator at the Faculty of Law in Al-Quds University, accompanied Mrs Baars.
Dr. Al-Huli gave a brief about the faculty and the offered academic disciplines in addition to the activities and programs that are related to the international human rights.
Mrs. Baars referred to the institution concern of supporting the local Palestinian institutions that work in the field of human rights. She gave a brief about the institutions workshops and conferences which are related to the human rights, too.
Mr. Nuseibah talked about the establishment of Al-Quds clinic for Human Rights at the faculty of Human Rights in Al-Quds University. He referred to the clinic documentations to the Human rights violations in the Occupied Land.
