Dove and Dolphin Society Delegation Visits IUG
Dr Kamalain Shaat, IUG President, Received Dr David Halpin, Chairman of Dove and Dolphin Society, Prof. Tony Davies, Dr. John Hatch, Dr. Robert Shearer, Dr. Chris Burns-Cox, and Dr Sam Richmond. Dr Shaat explained the specialties that IUG offers, such as Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing, and some departments in the Faculty of Science. Dr Shaat talked about cooperation with Dove and Dolphin Society.
Dr Rifaat Rustom, Vice President of IT and External Relations at IUG, said that the central library of IUG is in need of medical books especially the medical encyclopedias, and talked about exchanging knowledge and experiments. Dr. Mufeed Almekhalalaty, Dean of Faculty of Medicine, briefed them on the Faculty of Medicine history and informed the guests about the future plans of the Faculty of Medicine. Mr. Husam Ayesh, Public Relations Vice Director at IUG, toured the British Doctors Delegation over IUG buildings, such as the Central Library, the Medical Laboratory, the Administration building, and the Faculty of Medicine.
