Cooperation Agreement between IUG, IR, and SS
IUG, Shorouq Society, and Islamic Relief signed an agreement to sponsor and perform a program named “Providing Children by Psychological and Social Support and Early Intervention”. Dr Mohamed Meqdad, Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education Deanery (CSCED), Dr Mohamed Al-Sousy, Representative of Islamic Relief in Palestine, and Mr. Wael Al-Meghary, Administration Board Director at Shorouq Society, signed the agreement in the presence of. Dr Kamlain Shaat, IUG President, Dr Sameer Safi, , Mr. Akram Jouda, from CSCED, Mr. Mohsen from Islamic Relief, Mr. Salah Taya, Development Project Director at the Islamic Relief, and Mr. Ramy Nteel, Shorouq Society Director. Dr Kamalain Shaat, IUG President, said that IUG contributes in serving the Palestinian society by supporting such projects, and continued that the project might concentrate on youth and children. Dr Meqdad said that the project gives behavior treatment to about 700 children aged (4-7).Dr Al-Sousy said that the Islamic Relief signed the agreement while performing other projects, such as orphan project, and nutrition project to serve Palestinian community.
