Dr Rifat Rustom, IUG vice President for External Affairs, received Mr. Sebastien Fagart, University Cooperation Attaché at the French Consulate in Jerusalem. Dr Rifat briefed Mr. Sebastien on IUG history, programs, and mission. Dr Rifat talked about the new IT and Medicine city in the Gaza Strip. Dr Rifat discussed the fields of cooperation with the French universities. Mr. Sebastien talked about the scholarships, and programs. Dr Rifat talked about the joint researches, cooperation with Faculty of Medicine, and arranging visits to French universities. Mr Sebastien toured IUG campus, labs, and buildings.
