Dr Kamalain Shaat, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Mr Alexander Eberl, second secretary at Representative office of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ramallah, signed an agreement between civil Engineering Department at Faculty of Engineering at IUG and its counterpart at Kassel University in Germany.
This agreement aims at promoting academic relations.
Both parties will exchange invitations to scholars to participate in lectures and symposia besides executing projects and visits among academics and students.
Prof Mohammed Awad, Dean of Faculty of Engineering who attended the signature ceremony said that the agreement will enhance cooperation between his Faculty and Kassel University.
