The Islamic University of Gaza

The Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) is an independent Palestinian institution located in Gaza. It is the first higher education institution to be established in Gaza.

Al Azhar University

Al Azhar University was established in 1991 in Palestine-Gaza

Al Aqsa University

In 1991,this institute developed to become a College  of Education which rewards B.A. or B.S. after four years’ study.  So, it became qualified to become a university.

Hebron University

In the year 1971, the University is founded as College of Sharia, and it continued to establish new faculties.

Arab American University

The Arab American University is a private institution founded in 1995 as the first private university in Palestine.

Alquds University

Jerusalem (Al-Quds) has played a central educational role throughout its history. In particular, its Muslim schools and faculties, built around the Noble Sanctuary and within the Old City walls, boasted a vibrant academic and scholarly community over many generations.

Al-quds Open University

The idea of building a university for higher education that the Palestinian population needs started in 1975,  but actual work was delayed until 1985 because of hard conditions.

An-Najah National University

In 1918, An-Najah was founded as An-Najah Nabulsi School. In 1941 To meet the evolving needs of the Palestinian society, it was developed to AN-NAJAH NATIONAL UNIVERSITY in 1977.

Bethlehem University

Bethlehem University had its beginnings in 1972 when the Apostolic Delegate, Archbishop Pio Laghi, formed a committee of heads of schools in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Birzeit University

Birzeit University is the first institution of higher education to be established in Palestine.

Municipality of Gaza

There were a number of municipal councils in Gaza city starting from the Ottoman period in 1893, the British Mandate, the Egyptian administration and ending with the Israeli occupation.

Palestinian National Information Center

This Center was established to help people from Palestine and International world to get information about Palestinian institutions and affairs.

State Information Service

The State Information Service is a government institution directly affiliated to the Presidency of the Palestinian National Authority. The SIS was founded by a presidential decree in February 12, 1996.

International Press Center

IPC is specialized in providing services to local and foreign reporters and journalists working for TVs, Radios, and news agencies both based and visitors. The services include organizing press conferences, arranging interviews for journalists with Palestinian decision-makers

Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation

Founded in 1994 when Palestinian Authority was established in Gaza Strip and Jericho. The ministry aims at bringing the Palestinians in contact with international community.

Ministry of Justice

Founded in 1994 when Palestinian Authority was established in Gaza Strip and Jericho. The main aim of ministry of Justice is to reinforce justice.

Ministry of Environmental Affairs

Founded in 1996 ,PEnA is primarily concerned with the development of regulations, strategies, management plans and monitoring programs, the aim of which the sound use and conservation of environment in Palestine.

PALTEL

Founded in 1997 , PALTEL is a public shareholding company, established by a Palestinian capital of Ninety Six Million US Dollars ($96 Millions) by the contribution of a group of investors, banks, national companies & institutions and over 8000 citizens.
