The international conference on "Engineering and City Development" will be held in the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) in the period 22-23 September 2003. The Conference will focus on important engineering issues relevant to city development. This is a refereed conference aims at bringing together researchers, engineers, planners, architects and other professionals, consultants and decision makers to share and exchange knowledge on new discoveries.

Also to present and debate information, knowledge, new ideas and techniques which are relevant to the themes of the conference.

The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you for contribution to the Conference by presenting a paper or participating in the conference sessions.

This will be an opportunity for you to make important contacts with other professional colleagues in various fields both regionally and internationally.

A Construction Industry Exhibition will be held concurrently with the Conference. For detailed information please refer to Asst. Prof. Muhammed Abdati. (muhammet@mail.iugaza.edu).    The official language of the Conference is English however papers in Arabic are also permitted.
