Responsibilities for Statistics and Information Unit

• Gathering the detailed data of faculties, deanships and centers activities.
• Arranging data and information to facilitate the process of storage and access to any necessary information.
• Preparing studies that help the University administration to conclude decisions.
• Preparing and Publishing statistic reports about IUG.
•  Issuing the Semester Statistical Summary.  
• Participating in local conferences and workshops that are related to statistical studies.
• Analyzing the questionnaires of academic staff evaluations in coordination with academic affairs.
• Preparing statistical studies about the University and the Society. 

Planning& Studies Unit

Responsibilities for Planning& Studies Unit

• Following up the University Strategic Plan in order to achieve the university aims.
• Preparing& Following up the Operational plan for University Deanships, Units and Centers.
•  Conducting studies and researches that are related to academic and administrative process in order to activate policies and systems of the University.
• Preparing the University budget.
• Evaluating curriculums and plans
• Conducting the developed plan of the Deanery
