As
a leading Palestinian education institute, the Islamic University of Gaza
has committed its resources to serve the local community and provide high
quality education and research facilities. To fulfill this mission, IUG
established nine faculties and recently has established the Faculty of
Medicine.
The faculty is committed to enhance its standing as a national leader in
medicine, medical education, research and service delivery with an emphasis
on serving the needs of the local community.
Objectives

Condition of
Acceptance
Applicants
should be distinguished students among those holding a secondary school
degree. The category of students eligible to be accepted in the faculty is
decided yearly by the university council.
Degree and
Requirements.
Graduates from the
faculty will be offered the degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
(MBBS). The program of MBBS consists of (258) credit hours distributed over
6-academic years.
