Brief Introduction: I am Rawad Hammad. I have a bachelor of computer science; I graduated from computer science department at the Islamic University of Gaza. I also have a higher diploma in education from faculty of education at IUG.
Experience: I have been working at eLearning center at the Islamic University of Gaza, my post is e-learning center director. I worked also as web developer at Logicteca HiTec Systems Inc. for one year.
What is WebCT? WebCT is a course management system comprises an integrated set of educational tools for constructing and managing an online course environment. For the faculty member, these tools fall into four broad categories: 1. A set of educational tools for facilitating learning, communicating and collaborating. 2. A set of content building utilities for organizing course materials. 3. A set of administrative utilities for managing and continuously improving a course. 4. A set of design utilities for constructing the course.
